Leak Testing

The method of testing parts, components, etc. for leakage in any shape or form by pressurizing them, or any other way is referred to as leak testing. Pending the accuracy required, and the complexity of the item under test, the method is sometimes found to be less straight forward than initially assumed.

Particularly, when techniques have not been established and recorded previously many attempts turn out to be unsuccessful. As a result, well defined scopes make the approach of the item under test as well as the test itself much easier. Interpretation of requirements to be met is half the job.... well, may be not half, but it is more than a start. Training of personnel, suitable equipment and tooling, and the use of specific process control equipment make the application of such a test to a success.

Knowledge about the different techniques is essential for a successful operation. Offering our expertise, we will help you to determine and create the optimum test conditions for your needs.
